The idea for a Shelter In Place Cooking blog came to me as I have been doing a lot of cooking lately and have found myself a bit challenged with not being able to grocery shop every couple of days.  So I'm guessing my cooking brothers and sisters are having the same experiences.  I'm hoping this blog serves as a place to find good cooking ideas, share ideas and have some fun with cooking as we get creative with all the different ways we are choosing to nourish ourselves in these difficult times.  BTW this photo is my grandson, Vinnie, making his first pizza!
