Hi Everyone! I'm Cathy. A nurse practitioner, Certified Culinary Medicine Specialist, foodie, a Schnoodle mom, wife, grandma, and devoted friend to my wonderful circle! I have always had a passion for cooking, making trips to the grocery 3-4 times a week. Well, that has changed dramatically and we are all having to adjust to being a bit more food organized with our social distancing demands. I thought with my decades of cooking experience, focus on health, and love of sharing, I can maybe be of help to some of us with a more limited repertoire of resources.
